Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration Therapy

Introduction

As a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience of working with individuals and couples, I am now aware that more and more people are becoming curious about the world of plant medicine and psychedelics. As the interest in Psychedelics increases many people are wanting to explore the world of plant medicine and psychedelics for a range of issues. Because of the growing interest and  use of psychedelics in different settings I have completed a rigorous Pg/Dip training in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration Therapy (PHRI).

PHRI can bring you safely to deepening the transformations and insights that can arise through working respectfully with psychedelics and plant medicine. I am committed to supporting couples and individuals on their unique paths to create lasting change in their lives through the responsible, safe and intentional use of psychedelics.

I have personal experience in the transformational impact of plant medicines and psychedelics.

Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration Therapy (PHRI) is a client-centred therapeutic approach to working with people who have had or are considering having a psychedelic experience in any context - including peer-led, spiritual, therapeutic or alone. PHRI combines the profound insights and experiences gained through the responsible use of psychedelics with traditional therapeutic methods. Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration Therapy is a process that values a person's autonomy and their decision making drawing on mindfulness based therapies and relational and analytical theories. In this process individuals can make sense of and incorporate the insights and experiences they have had during a psychedelic experience into their everyday lives. PHRI is based on the understanding that the therapeutic potential of psychedelics goes beyond the experience itself and that proper integration can lead to lasting and meaningful personal growth and healing.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space for you to process and integrate the insights and emotions that may arise during your psychedelic experiences.

The therapeutic experience is more embodied than talking and can look different for each person.
